Grant Joiner founded Vineyard Wealth Group to bring independent, holistic financial planning to the Martha’s Vineyard community. A lifelong Islander and graduate of Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University.

Grant’s professional career spans nearly two decades, including 14 years at Charles Schwab where he managed one of the nation’s largest complexes with over $15 billion in assets and 30+ employees. He later served as a Senior Financial Advisor at Martha’s Vineyard Investment Advisors before launching Vineyard Wealth Group.

He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and also holds designations as an Accredited Asset Management Specialist®, Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor®, and Six Sigma Black Belt. His accolades include recognition on the “40 Under 40” lists by both the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce and the Martha’s Vineyard Chamber of Commerce, and he has been named one of Washington, DC’s Best Financial Advisors by Washingtonian Magazine multiple times.

Outside of work, Grant is active on the board of the Martha’s Vineyard YMCA, enjoys running with the Amity Island Running Club, and has completed the Boston Marathon in support of the Doug Flutie Jr. Autism Foundation. He lives in West Tisbury with his wife Chelsea and their two children.

Ben Williams joined Vineyard Wealth Group as an Associate Advisor on October 1, 2025. Born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard, he attended the Chilmark and West Tisbury schools before graduating from MVRHS in 2008 and from Reed College in Portland, Oregon in 2014.

Ben’s career path is as diverse as the Island itself. Over the years, he has worked in many of the Vineyard’s seasonal industries — from landscaping and carpentry to catering and bartending. Professionally, he combined his writing background with technical skills, working in machine learning as a linguistic tester, serving as an Associate Customer Success Manager at SurveyMonkey, and most recently, as Customer Success Lead at Checkbox Technology Inc.

In September 2025, Ben ran his third marathon, guiding a visually impaired runner through the Berlin Marathon as part of Achilles International. An avid reader, writer, and runner, Ben is thrilled to return home to Martha’s Vineyard to serve the community he grew up in.

Cedomir “Chad” Dzunic joined Vineyard Wealth Group as an Associate Advisor, bringing a strong foundation in finance and client services. Originally from Serbia, he has called Martha’s Vineyard home for more than 12 years. He holds a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Investment Management and began his career with four years at MV Bank and Martha’s Vineyard Investment Advisors, gaining hands-on experience in investment strategies and wealth management.

Licensed with the Series 65, Chad combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach. Before joining Vineyard Wealth Group, he strengthened his service skills as a customer service representative with Comcast on Martha’s Vineyard, where he became known for professionalism and tailored solutions.

In his free time, Chad enjoys hiking, running, and playing pickleball on the Island.
